Sustainability Report for the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality

I wrote this way back in 2010 as a project I did for an internship at the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality. The goal was to research and assess the sustainability of DEQ purchasing and how it can be improved. The internship was funded by a Miller Grant for Sustainability, which was a competitive grant.
