Shiftdrinks - A Professional Drinking Establishment

A few weeks back I was asked to shoot Shiftdrinks for the Willamette Week. (Read the review here.) It was mentioned that the wine service is poured from a scientific beaker - sounded like that would be a fun shot to get - and I love shooting drinks and food so I was up for it.

One of the owners creates a concoction. Looks delightful!

The other owner of the bar just happened to be wearing a labcoat-esque jacket when I asked for a wine service. 

This bruschetta was delicious.

The shaved fennel salad was hearty, crisp and refreshing. Paired with the bruschetta, it was a perfect summer supper.

Doing what she loves...

The bank vault has been converted to a wine cellar. The photography throughout the space is really cool!
